Excluding just the header

This assumes you have a Header template created (you aren’t just using the default auto created header).

Header template > Edit with Elementor

By the bottom left Update button hit the up arrow

Edit Conditions
Exclude > Singular > Select the page you want to exclude the header from

That will cause the header template not to be used, but Elementer will then default to using its default header instead. So create another Header template which is blank and set its display conditions to be used for just this page.

In the page settings select Page Layout > Elementor Canvas
