Using Elementors Site Settings > Typography styling option lets you style the headings used in your theme.
Disable Elementor default typography colour settings for Headings
Elementor > Editor > Settings > General
Disable Default Colours = ON
Set site typography
Edit a page > Top left “Site Settings” > Typography
Link settings
Leave unset otherwise it will apply to buttons you create etc. Better to use a CSS rule
